Week of Nov. 2 - 6 Spelling Words : note, notes, lunch, lunches, story, stories, tune, tunes, switch, switches, baby, babies, crumbs, supplies, centuries.These words can be found in their orange notebook. They need to know how to spell them correctly and each Friday a test will be given.
New Vocabulary Words: bought, people, pleasant, probably, scared, shall, sign.These words can be found in their red notebook. They need to know the meaning of these words and be able to use it in a sentence correctly.
Math: We have been working with time, money (US coins), pan balance (comparing weights), counting by 2,5,10s and quick math facts. I would appreciate it if you could review these skills at home |

| P.E. days are on even days. Remember to send a water bottle, especially on these days.
This year, the children have lunch in the cafeteria. They can buy food or eat what they bring from home. I will be sending a cafeteria menu, with prices included, so that you can decide what best meets your needs.
